all efforts to ensure that the bulletins are sent out as
described we accept no responsibility for non-delivery due
to technical problems with your ISP or the Internet or your
own equipment, technical problems on our servers resulting
in non-delivery.
Technical Abuse
The user agrees to indemnify us to the full extent of any
losses, financial and otherwise, where it can be ascertained

that we have provided for them to the detriment of our business

Fees and Payment
Where applicable, fees are quoted in USD dollars ($) and
pounds sterling (£). The Digital Education Service
uses the online secure
payment
gateway
provided by WorldPay and
payments are made directly by the client online. Worldpay
employs a range of anti-fraud devices for the protection
of both the consumer and the provider. Worldpay is approved
and back by a wide range of international banks and financial
institutions. We
do not store a clients' credit card details on any of our
servers.
Arrangement can be made, however, to pay by international
bank transfer
or
sterling
cheque
drawn
on
a
UK high street
bank. We reserve the right to change our fees without notice.
Where fees are
required,
the client
is required to pay the full fee before the service is provided.
Registrations
Where registrations are provided by us free of charge, we
reserve the right to cancel any registration at any time.
We reserve the right to change the free services provided
at any time, by addition or removal of services. Registrants
will
be able to
cancel
their
free registrations
at
any time and their data will be removed from our systems.
