This program involves elementary and junior high schools where 22-25 teaching hours will be spent per week. There will be about 12 hours to do standard classroom teaching, while the rest of the 12 hours teaching time will be alloted for English Village Program where students do role playing.

Attractive compensation starts at NT$60890, with performance bonus, housing subsidy, airfare reimbursement, annual leave with pay, national laborer and health insurance, accident insurance and work permit or ARC assistance.
